Background and Activities

Ingenieurbüro Bayer DSP Solutions was founded in 1995 by Andreas Bayer, a first hour DSP specialist. The company provides consulting and contract development services for embedded software, hardware design, development tools and boundary scan to customers around the world.

Originally specialising in the telecommunication field, the company has grown its expertise to provide fullspan services around Digital Signal Processing applications using DSP devices from Analog Devices, NEC, Texas Instruments, Microchip and other renowned  vendors. Our close co-operation with these companies ensures that your project receives the best support in every respect. Our staff consists of highly qualified and experienced hardware and software engineers, assisted by university under-graduates and qualified students.

Our office is located 3 miles sout-east of the city center of Dusseldorf/Germany within a residential area in Eller, a former suburb which was incorporated into the city of Dusseldorf in 1909. Our city is less well known than its neighbour Cologne, located 25 miles south of Dusseldorf), mainly because it does not have two thousand years of history. Nevertheless, Dusseldorf, which became a city in 1288, was ranked #5 in Mercer's Quality of Living worldwide survey for 2010. So, if you are in the area, make sure you pay us and the city a visit!
